New and clean apartment where you can find anything you need - large bed, large bathroom, a kitchen area and a balcony etc. Staff, they are all very knowledgeable, with the best customer service I 've had. The venue is absolutely perfect and comfortable, in the shopping district.

The building and rooms are lovely, offering ocean views. the location is ideal, just a 5-minute walk to Holy Innocents Church. Situated in a peaceful area with easy access to great restaurants, conveniences, beaches, food trucks, shopping, and sights on Maui. Banyan Tree Park, located nearby, is essentially the center of activity.

The facilities of this condominium hotel are good, but what is best is the location; on the beach and just a few minutes walk to the shops and restaurants.

Good value for the money, especially compared to what you'll get at other hotels in the vicinity. Very clean and comfortable. The studio is equipped with basic kitchen supplies.

Great value, excellent location. Rooms were spacious and clean, beds comfy. One of the best places we stayed while travelling around the Hawai'i Islands.

It took an hour to check us in (not waiting to check in but actually check in). Some of the front desk staff seemed to have no idea what was going on, we had two rooms booked for 4 of us and it seemed to be quite difficult to work out the payment. (All we wanted to do was split the payment between 2 of us). Then when wanted to stay an extra day, which they accommodated) it was another drama for that payment as well. This was the only thing we found annoying as it took up a lot of our time.

Everyone was approachable and friendly. Not only the front desk personnel but maids and grounds crew too. We requested privacy during our stay and didn't have the room cleaned everyday. We asked for towels and anything else we needed from the cleaning crew and was graciously supplied with towels etc.

This was our first time staying here and there was not much to complain about. I can only speak for us, a couple, but it was close to the main drag, had stores and restaurants close by, beach feet from a pool and small jacuzzi. I would suggest that the jacuzzi be remodeled and madelarger. You'd be surprised how many people came down in the evening and enjoyed the quiet and recuperative powers of the jacuzzi. We came down almost every night and made acquaintences and friends who shared their experiences and discoveries while staying on Maui and at the Lahaina Shores. It was a great way to make memories and have them associated with the hotel.

This place has the best possible location and offers on-site parking.

Our room at the Lahaina Shores Beach Resort was spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful ocean view. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying breakfast on the balcony. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beach was uncrowded and great for swimming and paddleboarding. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
